  • Permanent retention of delivered services (followers, likes, views may drop over time)
  • Specific delivery timeframes or speeds
  • Quality or authenticity of accounts used for service delivery
  • That delivered accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or appear "real"
  • Interaction or engagement from delivered followers/subscribers
  • Compliance with third-party platform policies
  • That services will result in increased sales, revenue, or business growth
  • Protection against account suspension, deletion, or penalties from social media platforms

2.3 Service Variations: We reserve the right to change service specifications, delivery methods, or substitute similar services if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

2.4 Delivery Time: All estimated delivery times are approximations only. We do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

3.1 All Sales Are Final: ALL FUNDS ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Once you add funds to your account balance or purchase any service, you acknowledge that all payments are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred.

3.2 No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results
  • Slow delivery or processing times
  • Partial delivery of orders
  • Drops in followers, likes, views, or other metrics after delivery
  • Account suspension, deletion, or penalties imposed by social media platforms
  • Services that have started processing (even if not completed)
  • Incorrect link or username provided by customer
  • Private/locked accounts (customer responsibility to ensure account is public)
  • Technical issues on customer's end
  • Dissatisfaction with quality or engagement levels
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations

3.3 Store Credit Only: In exceptional cases and solely at our discretion, we may offer store credit (not cash refunds) for undelivered services.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information when placing orders. Orders placed with incorrect information will not be refunded or reprocessed.

4.3 Public Accounts: You must ensure your social media accounts are set to PUBLIC before placing an order. We cannot process orders for private or restricted accounts and will not issue refunds for such cases.

4.4 Compliance: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.5 Prohibited Activities: You shall NOT use our services for illegal activities, attempt to manipulate or exploit the system, upload prohibited content, share account credentials, reverse engineer our platform, use automated tools or bots, resell without authorization, or submit false chargebacks.

5. RISKS AND DISCLAIMERS

5.1 Third-Party Platform Risks: Using SMM services carries inherent risks including account suspension, permanent bans, metric removal, loss of organic reach, shadowbanning, reputation damage, and legal consequences.

5.2 Use At Your Own Risk: BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SERVICES. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our services.

5.3 No Professional Advice: Our services do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice.

5.4 Quality Variations: The quality and engagement level of delivered services may vary significantly and is not grounds for refunds.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR COMPANY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or $10 USD, whichever is less.

6.2 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Currency: All prices are displayed in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

7.3 Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors and do not store credit card information on our servers.

7.4 Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating false chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

7.5 Account Balance: Unused account balance cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred.

8. ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATION

8.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

8.2 Order Modifications: Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled if processing has started.

8.3 Queue Time: Orders are processed in the order received. Queue times vary based on service demand.

8.4 Partial Completion: Partial delivery is considered fulfillment of the order. No refunds for undelivered portions.

9. METRICS DROP AND RETENTION

9.1 No Drop Guarantee: We DO NOT guarantee that delivered followers, likes, views, or other metrics will remain permanently. Drops are natural and expected in the SMM industry.

9.2 Refill Policy: Some services may offer automatic refill within a specified period. Refill is not guaranteed and varies by service.

9.3 No Compensation for Drops: Drops in metrics after delivery are not grounds for refunds or compensation.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website is our property or our licensors' property and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our services.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. We may share your data with third-party service providers. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or illegal activity. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be forfeited without refund.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or consequences from social media platform penalties.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, you agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

16. SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues. Support is limited to technical issues with our platform.

17. COMPLIANCE WITH THIRD-PARTY TERMS

Social media platforms have their own Terms of Service and use of our services may violate these terms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all third-party platform terms.

18. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be issued for interruptions. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party failures or technical issues.

19. RESELLER TERMS

If you resell our services, you must clearly communicate these Terms to your clients. You are responsible for all disputes with your customers. Resellers are independently responsible for their business practices and legal compliance.

20. AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE: BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. THIS CONSTITUTES A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OUR COMPANY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

ALL FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT GUARANTEES. USE OF OUR SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES INCLUDING ACCOUNT PENALTIES, BUSINESS LOSSES, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
